User Data Deletion Instructions — StayTracker Pro – Travel Days Tracker

You can delete your StayTracker Pro data in two ways:

Option 1: Delete local data on your device (no account required)

If you use StayTracker Pro without signing in:

  1. Open the App
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Use Reset all data (this deletes stays stored on your device)

You can also uninstall the App to remove local data.

Option 2: Delete your account and synced data (Supabase account)

If you created an account (email/password, Google, Microsoft, Facebook), you can request deletion of your account and synced data.

Request deletion by email
Send an email to: delete@synapseone.com
Subject: Delete my StayTracker Pro account
Include:

  • The email address you used to sign in
  • (Optional) any additional details to help us locate your account

What we delete

  • Your account identifier
  • Your synced stays and related App data stored on our backend

Timeline
We typically complete deletion within 30 days.

Important
If you had local data only (not signed in), we cannot delete it remotely—use Option 1.
